The O2MED SURGICAL MASKS project conceived by 1Flex Technology was born with the aim of producing medical devices with very high quality standards following the pandemic crisis generated by COVID-19 with the desire to make an effective contribution to the emergency still underway. The product consists of 9 LAYERS OF PROTECTION - 3 OVERLAPPING LAYERS IN SMS, each made up of: layer of SPUNBOND MELTBLOWN layer layer of SPUNBOND The surgical masks are classified as CLASS I MEDICAL DEVICE, registered with the Ministry of Health and certified in compliance with the new EU Regulation 2017/745 with the obligation of CE marking and with the technical standard UNI EN 14683:2019 on masks for medical use. They are made with exclusively MADE IN ITALY fabrics with specific UV - C sanitization which allows to break down foreign bodies and bacteria. They are produced in carefully sanitized environments with the AHU system. The product is made with waterproof fabric that blocks the inhalation of small particles of water and viruses.
