The compact ultrasonic sieving system for applications where high powder quality is important
Whether it is titanium, cobalt-chrome, aluminum or any alloy, the metal powder used in the additive manufacturing process must have a very narrow size distribution. For the 3D metal printing process (selective laser melting) the range of powder distribution is around 15 to 45 micrometers. The sieving ssystem 2Sieve helps you to optimize the powder quality to achieve optimal printing results.

Clean your metal powder to achieve perfect printing qualities
Clean your powder before use. Contaminants that occur in the overflow powder during the printing process are filtered out. This ensures high powder quality even with used powders and increases the quality of your components.
The ultrasonic sieving technology
The sieving material (powder) is dosed onto the mesh via a valve. The powder flows over the slightly inclined mesh which, excited by the ultrasonic converter, vibrates. Powder particles smaller than the mesh fall through the mesh and are collected in the container. The larger oversize particles pass over the sieve and fall into a container for the waste.
