Description

Titanium is a high quality material, defined as "biocompatible" because it interacts with the tissues and determines a biological response, i.e. it is able to integrate completely with the bone thanks to its capacity for osseointegration and therefore does not cause rejection reactions. For this reason, it has been used successfully in the dental field for decades. Over the years, the development of new solutions and methods for working with this metal has led dental laboratories to use sophisticated digital systems to model and manufacture prostheses directly from the milling of titanium discs. Pure and light, it is considered the best metal for medical use on the market. The range of Bio TI grade 5 titanium discs (Ti 90% Al 6% V 4%) is the best solution for making biocompatible and functional products with the highest quality materials. Bio TI products are available in a wide choice of fillers of different sizes and weights to make artifacts suitable for the aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of the masticatory apparatus. The range of Bio TiNb products offers a selection of fillers for the creation of skeletons. All products in the titanium range can be fused with the foundry machines SpeedCAST and TITEC by Orotig.
