VARIO 300e ZR is a multifunction furnace with special programs for zirconia and lithium disilicate. The firing of dental ceramics on zirconium oxide involves a high risk of micro-fractures after cooling, Vario 300e ZR solves this problem with the TTC system (Time-Temperature-Cooling). The TTC system allows for controlled linear cooling by setting a thermal gradient between 5°C/min and 45°C/min. Thanks to the innovative design of the external cooking chamber and the electronic control of the return to the temperature range below the vitrification point, both the formation of micro-fractures and the dreaded "chipping" are avoided.
