Taq DNA polymerasefor PCRhot start

Taq Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to Taq DNA polymerase. When this antibody is bound to Taq, the enzyme is rendered inactive. It provides an antibody-mediated hot start that enhances the specificity and sensitivity of PCR. Inhibition is completely reversed when the temperature is raised during the first denaturing step of thermal cycling. Product Features Good blocking, and inhibits non-specific amplification effectively. Does not affect Taq amplification efficiency, antibodies are inactivated during PCR pre-denaturation, and does not affect normal PCR reactions.
