OPUR is THE FIRST 6-strapped implant, specially designed to repair anterior vaginal wall defects. OPUR offers • 2 anterior arms and 2 posterior arms to maintain the prosthesis. • 2 lateral arms to maintain it spread out and to avoid any loss in covering surface and thus to avoid any recidive. • LIGHT mesh (no dyspareunia, no rigidification no erosion).
