They can be used to remodel bone structures, without damaging soft tissue, such as the dura mater or nerve and vein structures. The saws in this six-tip kit are of different lengths and shapes and can be used to make precise cuts in zones that offer poor visibility for pre-operation work. The diamond-coated tip is preferred for bone remodelling or cutting bones close to soft tissue.
