Our wide range of capacities will enable you to decontaminate from 500 to 12,000 liters of effluent per hour, or 2,500 to over 190,000 liters of effluent per day. ACTINI has designed and optimized its continuous decontaminators so that they can be offered in electric or steam versions, and rapidly process large volumes of effluent, while offering a compact system that is fully safe in terms of decontamination, manufacturing, automation and protection of operators and the environment. Operation Compliance with the most stringent BSL 3 – BSL 4 / SIL 3 containment requirements Steam or all-electric Equipped with a high-performance energy recovery section to significantly reduce energy consumption and limit the OPEX budget Recommended daily operation: up to 16 hours per day Conception Containment of contaminated effluent by strict safety devices (adapted to all BSL levels) Tubular design for continuous treatment, enabling large volumes of effluent to be decontaminated in very short times Reduced footprint for easy integration of the equipment into its environment and easy access for maintenance. Delivered on a one-piece skid for short commissioning times Patented heating technology Energy recovery section (saves 80% of thermal energy used) Materials chosen according to the aggressiveness of the agents present in the effluent (high chloride resistance) Fully automated operation: PLC-controlled cycles (level control for automatic start/stop, CIP and sterilization cycles) and recordings Compliance with European or American standards
