Description

The C100 incinerator is the most compact, high capacity, medical waste disposal solution in the ‘C’ range. Designed to process low density and high energy clinical waste at a burn rate of up to 100kg/hr. Benefiting from a large primary chamber specifically designed for loads that could contain high volumes of plastic. The cylindrical chamber with its four burners optimises airflow and directs the heat energy directly to the heart of the waste allowing this to be incinerated in a very efficient manner. As the C100 is capable of managing general medical waste which could contain high levels of plastic it benefits from having a large 3m3 primary chamber. In this instance, the primary chamber is rounded which helps to eliminate any cool spots and actively encourages the optimal circulation of energy inside the chamber reducing fuel required and incineration time. Delivering a consistently reliable incineration cycle through utilising the higher energy waste, reducing the need for additional energy from underneath the floor (commonly found in hot hearth machines), as once combusted the waste acts as a fuel. Having an optimised multi-layered refractory combustion chamber allows for multiple loading options. Manually through the front-facing full-width loading door. Viewing ports allows the operator to safely see what is happening inside the chamber during the process. This approach prevents overloading to ensure you are able to achieve optimal results from every operation. This also makes the machine very ergonomic to operate.
