Columbus® Revision Precise modularity in revision surgery Today revision surgery represents already around 15 percent of knee replacement surgeries. Due to more and more earlier implantations and more severe bone defects, the numbers continuously rise. Based on the very successful design of the Columbus® knee endoprostheses, the development of the Columbus® Revision System was just a logic consequence.
