Being coated with a plethora of specifc antigens on one test strip, AESKUBLOTS® provide a complete diagnostic overview in a single test and are suitable for screening of allergies as well as for cost-effective differential diagnosis.
Intended Use:
AESKUBLOTS Food Intolerance ONE is a membrane based enzyme immunoassay for quantitative detection of food-specific IgG4 antibodies in human serum or plasma. Antigens are located as parallel lines at exactly defined positions on a nitrocellulose membrane.
The assay permits a large number of tests to be conducted in parallel over a short period of time. The assay is used to support the diagnostic process in patients suspected to have food intolerances.
