These products consist of pure binder-free glass microfibers made into a filter with ultrapure water and characterized by the retention of very fine particles. Our media is incorporated in spin columns and microchips to retain DNA/RNA under specific pH and salt conditions from a very small amount of cells. Contaminants are removed using a wash buffer and the purified genomic DNA is eluted in a low salt Elution Buffer and the purified total RNA is eluted in RNase-free Water. Each media is specifically selected for ensuring high quality and consistency.
