Legrand Care Smart Messaging has been developed to offer care establishments the opportunity to deliver nurse call alerts directly to a mobile device. This allows the delivery of alerts directly to a smart phone or tablet meaning staff are not required to carry multiple devices, especially where care planning software is being used to access resident or patient care records.

THE SMART MESSAGING APP
The Legrand Care Smart Messaging App has been designed to deliver nurse call events directly onto an Android smart phone or tablet.
The Legrand Care Smart Messaging App can be used with any nurse call system with a paging output including the Aid Call Touchsafe Pro system.
By deploying the App, it’s possible to silence the main nurse call system, offering a much more peaceful environment for patients or residents.
The direct delivery of notifications can also help to improve critical staff response times e.g. when a live call is accepted by a user, the call is immediately removed from the active call list available to other members of the team.
The App allows any logged in user to see who else is logged in and allows them to send messages to each other if they require further support or assistance.
The App provides HTM colour coded alerts with simple icons to make using the system quick and easy.
Patient information is never stored on the staff smartphones which complies with security and patient privacy regulations.
