The surgical robot teaching system is mainly composed of Aimposition optical positioning system and surgical robot teaching system software developed by Aimuyi, combined with robotic arm, teaching computer and teaching desk. It utilizes core technologies such as near-infrared light positioning technology, image processing, space registration and virtual reality. 3D visualization, image segmentation, space registration, accurate positioning, real-time navigation, manipulator control and other functions are realized.
Surgical robot teaching system software
· Image import: Support CT/MRI/CBCT image data import and processing, to achieve 3D visualization or image segmentation effect.
· Preoperative planning: the target point (movement end point) and the needle insertion point (movement starting point) were selected on the two-dimensional plane before surgery to complete the surgical path planning.
· Surgical registration: Support surgical instrument registration and patient registration, automatic registration time <5s, to achieve physical space and image space registration.
· Surgical navigation: real-time navigation, tracking and displaying the surgical path throughout the whole process to ensure the planned path movement.
