Antibody Conjugation Kit (Formerly CODEX Conjugation Kit) This Antibody Conjugation Kit contains the reagents required for custom conjugation of non-inventoried antibodies with the PhenoCycler® barcodes to run a PhenoCycler experiment. Each kit contains reagents enough for 10 conjugations (antibodies not included). The PhenoCycler Conjugation Kit is comprised of one subkit box at 4 °C and one subkit box at -20 °C. The 4 °C subkit contains Filter Blocking Solution, Reduction Solution 2, Conjugation Solution, Purification Solution, and Antibody Storage Solution. The -20 °C subkit contains Reduction Solution 1.
