The machines of the plastic series have been developed for filling highly corrosive substances, which would affect and degrade the parts made of stainless steel of the standard version. The filled substances are mainly hypochlorite and acid solutions. Metal parts that cannot be replaced with plastic parts are coated with polymeric paint. In some cases, highly resistant metal material is used, such as titanium steel. Apart from highly resistant materials, the durability of the machine is enhanced by a unique mechanic construction, in which the mechanic parts are anchored in the upper part of the machine, thus preventing a direct contact of these parts with the aggressive substances.
