This oil-less compressor, which is working without the need of lubrication by oil and belonging to the “Rocking Piston” typology, is composed of a floating piston inside a cylinder (made of extruded treated with hard oxidation) and fixed to a connecting rod, placed on a ball bearing lifetime lubricated with special grease suitable for use at high temperatures. The “motor power/yield air” performance is very efficient by applying a double ventilation for forced cooling of the cylinders, the shaft of the pumping unit is supported by lifetime lubricated bearings. The sound level is extremely reduced by using a suction filter system on silencer, making the product unique for this compressors typology. The valves disegn is exclusive.
