Product Description The Silipos Prevederm Heel Cushion is anatomically designed to protect the foot and help prevent pressure ulcers. The gel cushion can be held in place with a bandage strip, tape or inside a sock or shoe. The tested ulcer relief product with Anti-bacterial technology has been created in the following beneficial bio-aid shapes: sheets, strips, sacrum and heel padding. The heel cushion can also be used on elbows and knees. About Preverderm Gel The PreveDerm polymer gel with Anti-bacterial technology technology provides a unique dermal-delivery system that gradually diffuses USP medical grade mineral oil to impart deep moisturization for soft and supple skin. Another unique feature of the PreveDerm gels are the “visco-elastic” properties which allow the gel to move synergistically with the skin helping to prevent abrasion and discomfort. And of course, all PreveDerm gels are non-toxic, latex free and hypoallergenic. Unlike silicone and urethanes, PreveDerm gels have additional functional capabilities, such as the release of additives that provide antimicrobial, scar reduction, and anti-aging properties, amongst others. Prevederm Heel Cushion Benefits: Pressure ulcer prevention. Distributing pressure evenly to critical areas on the foot. Protection for exposed bony areas. Not made with natural rubber latex & hypoallergenic. BPA & Phthalate Free. Made in USA.
