Integral – is an One-piece implant combining implant and abutment. Suitable for immediate loading. Advantages: quick insertion. Increased strength due to unified structure. Works as a closed system without gum incisions, reducing risk of infections. Their optimal usage is for mild and dense bone and they are recommended for use with soft bones. The restoration components are limited to casting only. The mechanical preparations (grinding) are optional but are only to be done in the patient’s mouth, not in the lab. The implant is spiral-shaped, conical with triple deep thread for higher retention. Prevents bone injures and enlarges the area of direct contact of the implant’s surface with the bone, which, as a result, speeds up the process of osteointegration.
