Ceramill Mind DRS was developed specifically for use in the dental practice. Its intuitive application is so simple that it can even be performed during patient treatment. Features With the aid of the high-performance and lean Ceramill Mind DRS CAD/CAM software, you can create smaller restorations with ease. Two different workflows are available: using the pre-op workflow, the design process is completely eliminated by creating a pre-op scan before preparation. If a pre-op scan is not available, patient restorations can alternatively be implemented in only 3 steps. In addition to the basic functions, the software includes individual features such as a virtual articulator, the display of scans in realistic colors or nesting in the blank. Workflow in 3 steps 1. Define preparation line if not already done in the scan software. 2. Automatic placement and positioning of the tooth taking into account the shape, movements and adjacent teeth. 3. Automatic nesting and pin placement. Intelligent features _ The virtual articulator performs all dynamic movements in the background and uses these to calculate the occlusal surface. This largely avoids artifacts and reduces grinding in the patient's mouth. _With the Trusmile module, the scans are displayed in realistic colors. The color gradient of blanks is also displayed in color. This provides easier orientation and correct positioning of the restorations in the blank. _After the design, Nesting is performed in the blank. The automatic proposal or the selected blank can be adjusted easily and quickly if necessary. A customizable blank library makes it possible to display only blanks that are actually in use.
