Mobile laboratory vehicle
Mobile Laboratory is manufactured the box of the vehicle from sandwich panels. Internal and external panel sheet metals of the vehicle are produced from stainless steel.
It is painted the external surface with an electrostatic color.
The ceiling, floor, and the walls are covered with fiberglass that has a 30mms thickness, which provides sound and heat insulation.
The internal surface of the mobile laboratory is coated with the fiberglass material, having 12mms thickness.
It is used marine plywood material in order to cover the ceiling.
The whole doors are open through the outside.
There are waterproof suppositories situated on the borders of the external doors in order to defend them.
An awning, having almost 3 meters width and commanded by a controller, is settled into the right side of the vehicle provided that looking into the vehicle from the back side.
The electrical system of the vehicle
It is placed that a chemical toilet, hot-cold water, generator, ups, air-conditioner, heater oxygen and nitrogen, a vehicle insurance box and an electricity box into the cabin. That cabin located on the back of the drivers’ part.
Drainpipes are manufactured from PVC material.
It is placed a 5kwa generator with gasoline in the mobile laboratory vehicle.
The vehicle consists of three foremost components that are greeting and registration room, laboratory, and technical room. There are doors with air curtains positioned on the transition areas between the parts.
