Mobile x-ray vehicles can be manufactured from box type panelvan or a container. The vehicles with more than 5 tones bearing capacity preferred when a panelvan vehicle used. Iveco or Mercedes can be used as being chassis of the box type vehicle. In fact, It is possible to produce it from the 4×4, container, trailer, or expandable container vehicle. There is an x-ray unit operating 32 kW – 150 kW in the system. The power of the x-ray is about 5 kW; the kV range is 100 kV. The filming time is nearly 2 seconds. It is placed in the x-ray room of the vehicle. Siemens Polydoros RF Series X-ray generators used as an x-ray generator of the vehicle. Its power range is 1Kw-500kV. It operates harmoniously with various brands of x-ray units. Also, there is an x-ray tube having 200 khu – 1250 khu operating range in the vehicle. There are flat panel detectors in the technical room. Amorf silicon with TFT: CSL seztim iyodid. There is a 35 cms 190 cms wall stand having a perpendicular feature. There is a security arrangement in order to protect the tube placed in the x-ray system against overusing and over shouldering. There are heat sensors on the tube for security. Also, an electromagnetic brake system was set. It is arranged a special security system that protects tubes from crashes in case of an accident. The materials used in the vehicle and production techniques are compatible according to ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
