2X PCR Master Mix is an optimized ready-to-use PCR mixture of Recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and PCR Buffer including optimal concentration of MgCl2. 2X PCR Master Mix contains all necessary components for PCR, except template DNA and primers. Generated PCR products are compatible with all downstream applications such as sequencing and cloning.
