Bosphore NS5B-1a Sequencing Kit v1 analyzes the drug resistance mutations in the NS5B region of the hepatitis C virus RNA in human serum or plasma in HCV genotype 1a and enables to analyze the drug resistance mutations indicated below: Sofosbuvir, Lomibuvir, Filibuvir, Benzimidazole derivates.
We recommend users to sequence only HCV genotype 1a samples with a viral load above 3000 IU/ml.
