The Semi Automatic Sealing machine works on cam mechanism. The ROPP/Screw/CRC Cap is manually placed on the filled bottle by the operator who then puts it below the sealing head. The sealing head comes down, seals the bottles and moves upward after the sealing operation. The speed can be adjusted through a variable frequency drive for achieving the required output. It gives an output ranging from 15 to 30 bottles per minute depending on type of the bottle and operator skill.
