Accurate, rapid and reproducible measurement A reference method Allows you to audit, qualify and act at several levels (production, maintenance, quality, R&D, purchasing) Whether in its leak-only version or combined with a gas analysis to measure the O2/CO2 ratio, Exos® can be used to accurately measure the tightness of all types of packaging and containers. This measuring instrument can also be used to check the strength of welds by means of a burst test and a packaging fatigue test. These tests can be performed successively or independently on the same package. The most comprehensive version of Exos® can perform gas analysis (02 or O2/CO2) and hermeticity tests on all types of packaging. How does it work? 1 Select your tests and insert the needle into the packaging 2 Aspirate and measure the gas in the pack 3 Measure micro-leaks: accurately measure the air flow required to maintain constant pressure in the pack. 4 Measure the maximum pressure reached by the pack before bursting.
