Redesigned Oilfree Booster Compressor!
Top-runner standards are applied to motor of ESBS15-10.
More efficient energy savings!
Lowering pressure for energy saving
Why not lower the supply pressure of the compressor?
While 60 to 70% of the equipment used in a manufacturing plant is designed to operate on low pressures, pressures as high as 0.7 MPa are typically supplied.
Lowering the supply pressure of the compressor can bring these energy-saving effects:
●Energy-saving effect ①
The power consumption of the compressor decreases.
●Energy-saving effect ②
The air consumption (including air leaks) decreases.
●Energy-saving effect ③
The load of the compressor decreases.
Lowering the supply pressure by 0.3 MPa leads to an energy saving of about 20%!
CO2 emissions are cut by about 50 tons annually!
Three 37-kW compressors are used.
Operation time: 4,000 hours/year
Emission factor: 0.000555t-CO2/kWh
Calculated using the above conditions.
Features
The world's first oil-free type
The world's first oil-free compact booster compressor
The compressor can be installed easily even in narrow spaces where it was formerly difficult to install.
Low noise and low vibration
The closed-type compressor generates no valve noise. It is very quiet.
Long life
The compressor main unit requires intermediate maintenance at intervals of 10,000 hours.
A microcomputer board is included (EFBS15).
Pressure can be set arbitrarily.
Compact structure with an internal pressurizing mechanism (*) (EFBS04/07)
Compression loss is reduced to ease the motor load. No leak occurs during boosting.
Since the compressor can maintain gas purity, it is recommended for nitrogen gas boosting as well.
