The Alexis Contained Extraction System (CES) creates a contained environment for transabdominal and transvaginal tissue extraction during minimally invasive surgery. The system can be customized to accommodate different patient anatomies and to support multiport, reduced-port, and single-incision techniques. Isolates the specimen from the surrounding cavity during extracorporeal tissue extraction. Enables a minimally invasive surgical approach. Specimen Containment Bag Allows for easy deployment and setup using the strap with snap fastener. Includes manipulation tabs that facilitate easy grasping of the ring during specimen containment. Provides secure containment of the specimen during extraction. Comes in two sizes to accommodate different patient anatomies. Protects the bag from sharp instrumentation during transabdominal and transvaginal tissue extraction. Anchors the guard and maximizes the visualization of the extraction site.
