Apto-Gen Lyo Solutions are formulated for use with dual-labelled hydrolysis probes and are compatible with fast cycling conditions. Lyo RT-PCR Master Mix dU II comprises a 2x master mix and a 10,000x Reverse Transcriptase II for detection of low-abundance viral DNA and RNA targets. The 2x master mix contains an optimized ratio of dUTP to dTTP for prevention of carryover PCR products.
