Description

Chemical centrifugal pumps of standardised process ISO 2858, made of pure thermoplastics and fluoropolymers, with various solutions to solve the pumping of chemicals in their many applications. The innovation stands in the use of stainless steel surface areas instead of the cast iron: casing, joint cover and base. The materials used and the pump housings are identical for the all project while interior settings can be different. The pumps can be magnetical driven or with mechanical seal. The coupling of the pump to the motor can be accomplished by a mechanical support and flexible removable coupling (for back-pull out operation) or self-centring flanged for close coupled construction. 4 versions are available: 2 magnetic driven (TGF - ZGF) and 2 mechanical sealed (TMF - ZMF). Capacity: up to 90m3/h Construction: close or long coupled Motor powers: kW 0,55 ÷ 15 Wetted parts: PP, E-CTFE ISO 2858 standards Thanks to the compliance with ISO 2858, Frontiera pumps can operate into heavy applications related to chemical industry for example. Applications The Frontiera range is the technical solution for offering a great balancing between its elements. All components in contact with the pumped liquids are realised in PP or E-CTFE and the pump is covered with a solid armour made of AISI 316 for making the pump more robust and chemically more resistant. Thanks to the materials used, Frontiera ensures the highest chemical resistance to the most aggressive liquids.
