The newly developed ROMEO® handpiece, combined with the latest Er:YAG technology, enables fast, low-pain and minimally invasive therapy, without anaesthesia and with minimal downtime. Ergonomic design The Romeo handpiece, consisting of the optic adapter and the disposable cover, enables easy insertion and intuitive handling thanks to its ergonomic design. Hygienic disposable cover The Romeo cover is supplied in sterile packaging (EO treated) and is intended for single use, ensuring maximum hygiene. - Modern MicroSpot optics The Romeo handpiece uses a specially developed MicroSpot optic with a spot size of 5 x 5 mm. This optic makes it possible to treat only one part of the skin in the form of a grid. Fast, outpatient procedure Romeo treatment is non-invasive, takes only a few minutes and can be performed on an outpatient basis – the optimal solution for any patient. No anaesthesia required Romeo treatment is gentle and does not require local anaesthesia. This reduces treatment time and the risk of side effects. No downtime for the patient Romeo treatment is a fast, gentle, effective procedure for patients who want no downtime. MicroSpot optics for effective treatment The ROMEO® handpiece offers a specially developed MicroSpot optic with a spot size of 5 x 5 mm. This optic makes it possible to treat only one part of the skin in the form of a grid. This is achieved by splitting the laser beam into 169 small laser beams. The resulting stimulation of skin renewal and collagen formation is supported by the untreated skin, thus ensuring faster wound healing.
