This is a heavy duty examination couch made from heavy grade steel providing an exceptionally sturdy base and platform for your patients. Forme Medical is a brand of the Alevo Group. These tables were designed in Australia, and manufactured to our strict QC control. This exam couch is delivered flat. It is heavy, due to its extra heavy grade construction materials. Once unpacked it’s just a simple case of folding out the legs that simply lock into place, then turn the couch over to rest upright.
