Glass-Ceramic Pyroceram® top. Easy to clean and highly resistant to scratches, corrosion, and chemicals. Closed-loop stirring speed senses your requirements for aqueous, viscous or semi-solid solution. A support rod mount located at the rear of the housing allows attachment of a standard retort rod for a thermometer, electrode, buret, etc. Bright LED indicator lights for Power, Heat and Stir. HOT TOP indicator blinks to warn top is too hot to touch (>140°F).
