Vision software is a full data collection and method development solution for spectroscopic analysis and control of B&W Tek portable Raman instruments and Metrohm’s XDS Process NIR Instruments. Now users can use the same spectroscopic software for different technologies, providing a consistent user interface and work flow. The software can be purchased as a 21CFRPt 11 compliant version and regular version, both with the same in depth functionality and structure. Vision allows users to collect data, develop quantification models, and predict the chemical composition and physical parameters (such as polymorphic form) of materials in real time. Vision supports BWIQ chemometric software and also has built-in chemometric algorithm parameters to create robust calibration methods for reliable quality control. Real-time predictions and outlier detection results can be displayed locally or connected to a control system.
