Portable ultrasound system for peripheral vascular access.Designed to assist in the successful placement of peripheral IV catheters.Helps with assessment of peripheral vasculature prior to attempted access to aid in identifying what vessel and anatomical location to access.Helps clinicians comply with INS recommendation to "consider using visualization technologies that aid in the vein identification and selection" when placing short peripheral catheters.
