Description

The Barkey plasmatherm is our user-friendly solution for heating and thawing Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP), erythrocyte concentrate (EC) as well as cryopreserved preparations such as stem cell therapies (HPC). Our medical dry temperature control equipment is the first choice when it comes to efficient thawing with hospital hygiene in mind. Hygiene Safety should apply to patients, users and the samples themselves. All plasmatherm versions therefore work exclusively with closed water circuits, avoiding direct contact with water and ensuring hygiene in the hospital. Safety Three safety mechanisms are implemented in our units: an electronic and mechanical overtemperature protection, a leakage control with humidity sensor and the transparent lid that allows continuous visual control.
