Up to 9 gases may be fitted to the underside of the pendant, with mains socket outlets and extra-low voltage data and other electrical connection points being distributed around the base of the vertical section. All metal work is polyester powder coated to give a hardwearing and easily cleaned finish. The retractable option allows the gas and electrical connection points to be lowered by 300mm to ease connection. The pendant can then be raised out of the way during operations giving the flexibility of movement necessary around the patient.
