The BEAR AIR an innovative product that attaches to a conventional aircraft skit/cot and stabilizes the abdominal mass of obese and bariatric patients into the center of your transport device. Just as ground transport services recognized the need for keeping large patients stable on their cots so did air transport services The BEAR AIR comes with Lower Extremity Restraints (LER) with provides horizontal movement in the event of autorotation. Each BEAR AIR is custom fit to each aircraft transport device which could extend manufacturing times.
