Localization wire (wire) and marker clip (clip) are implantable positioning devices that can be used to locate primary breast lesions and axillary lymph metastases through image-guided percutaneous puncture. It is an important tool for accurate functional breast surgery. By using breast tissue positioning guide wire and positioning marker clip to accurately locate breast and axillary lesions, the target lesions can be completely removed, and the damage to surrounding normal tissues can be reduced on the basis of ensuring tumor safety .
Features
Unique design
Q and double J designs provide excellent migration resistance
Reposition - TiNi, shape memory alloy
Designed to lock securely while being able to reposition after placement
Guide Needle
Use with the guide needle to reach the lesion more smoothly
Marker clip
Provides an additional layer of protection against positioning wire displacement
Positioning procedures
1. - The back of the positioning guide wire pre-installed in the piercing needle has two release indication markers to indicate the position of the wire tip relative to the needle. The first release indicator mark for the positioning guide wire is located outside the positioning needle handle, indicating that the "Q/double j" shape of the guide wire is completely inside the piercing needle
2. - As the positioning guide wire gradually enters the piercing needle, the first release indicator mark enters the positioning needle handle, and shape of the positioning guide wire begins to unfold.
3. - The positioning wire continues into the piercing needle, the second release indicates that the marker approaches the positioning needle handle.
