Description

The LTA reagent kits are characterized by standardization of reagents and their test concentrations according to ISTH recommendations which allow comparability between laboratories. As system reagent for Thrombomate XRA with test combinations for screening or special applications it guarantees high quality with long stability. LTA 1 reagent with aggregation inductors Arachidonic acid (AA), Adenosine diphosphate (ADP), Collagen (Col), Epinephrine (EPI) and Thrombin receptor-activating peptide (TRAP) intended for in-vitro determination of platelet aggregation by light transmission aggregometry (modified Born method) in platelet rich plasma (PRP). Standardized reagent combination for screening Inductor concentrations according to ISTH recommendation Lyophilized Arachidonic acid (AA) 1 mM / Test Lyophilized Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) 2.5 µM / Test Lyophilized Collagen (Col) 2 µg/ml / Test Lyophilized Epinephrine (EPI) 5 µM / Test Lyophilized Thrombin receptor-activating peptides (TRAP) 10 µM / Test Diluent, Cleaning solution, cuvettes and balls enclosed in the kit Sufficient for 140 screens LTA 2 reagent with aggregation inductors Arachidonic acid (AA), Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and Collagen (Col) intended for in-vitro determination of platelet aggregation by light transmission aggregometry (modified Born method) in platelet rich plasma (PRP). LTA 3 reagent with aggregation inductors Ristocetin (Ris) intended for in-vitro determination of platelet aggregation by light transmission aggregometry (modified Born method) in platelet rich plasma (PRP).
