The enlarged R arc on the inner side of the proximal femoral stem reduces stress concentration and lowers the risk of breakage of the femoral stem; 8. The "clothespin" shaped coronal groove reduces the hardness of the distal end of the stem, reduces the influence of the mismatch, and reduces the occurrence of thigh pain/fracture.
