Operating Modes
The PLA-300 Plasma Surgical System offers two operating modes: Ablation Mode and Coagulation Mode.
Ablation Mode
During the setting adjustment on the main unit from level 1 to 9, as plasma generation intensifies, the blade transitions from a thermal effect to an ablative effect, accompanied by a reduction in output power.
Coagulation Mode
All blades are capable of hemostasis through coagulation mode. At lower settings, the blades produce minimal plasma and a faint plasma insulation effect, allowing electrical current to penetrate tissues and induce coagulation effects on intra-tissue blood vessels, achieving intraoperative hemostasis.
