This kit uses immunochromatography technology to quantitatively detect the content of PLGF in human serum and plasma.PLGF in the samples binds to fluorescent microglobule-labeled mouse anti-PLGF antibody to form an immune complex.The immunecomplex flowed upward from capillary action and reacted with the mouse anti-PLGF antibody in the test area. After being stimulated by a specific wavelength excitation light source, the fluorescence signal was generated in the detection line.The intensity of signal is positively correlated with the content of PLGF in samples.According to the relative fluorescence signal processing value of the sample (T/C: T is the fluorescence signal of the detection line, and C is the fluorescence signal of the quality control line) and the calibration curve of the reagent, the concentration value of the sample can be calculated.
