This kit uses immunochromatography technology to quantitatively detect the content of sFlt-1 in human serum and plasma.sFlt-1 in the samples binds to fluorescent microglobule-labeled mouse anti-sFlt-1 antibody to form an immune complex. The immunecomplex flowed upward from capillary action and reacted with the mouse anti-sFlt-1 antibody in the test area. After being stimulated by a specific wavelength excitation light source, the fluorescence signal was generated in the detection line. The intensity of signal is positively correlated with the content of sFlt-1 in samples.According to the relative fluorescence signal processing value of the sample
(T/C: T is the fluorescence signal of the detection line, and C is the fluorescence signal of the quality control line) and the calibration curve of the reagent, the concentration
value of the sample can be calculated.
