The kit adopts the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique by encapsulating TOXO-Ag, CMV-Ag and RV-Ag at the position of detection line on nitrocellulose membrane, respectively, sheep anti-mouse antibody at the position of quality control line, and fixing colloidal gold-labelled mouse anti-human IgM (μ-chain) monoclonal antibody or mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody on the gold standard pad. When a positive sample is detected, the TOXO IgM antibody, TOXO IgG antibody, CMV IgM antibody, CMV IgG antibody and RV IgG antibody in the sample can bind to the colloidal gold-labelled murine anti-human IgM (μ-chain) monoclonal antibody or murine anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody on the gold labeling pad respectively to form a complex and move along the membrane under the action of chromatography. When passing through the detection line, it forms sandwich complexes with the pre-encapsulated TOXO-Ag, CMV-Ag and RV-Ag respectively and coalesces to develop colour, while the free colloidal gold-labelled mouse anti-human IgM (μ-chain) monoclonal antibody or mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody binds to the sheep anti-mouse antibody at the quality control line and develops colour, and when a negative sample is detected, the sample is free of TOXO IgM antibody, TOXO IgG, CMV IgM, CMV IgG, RV IgG or if these antibodies are below the detection level, only the quality control line (line C) will be coloured.
