Detection principle This product uses the colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique and the capture method principle to detect IgM antibodies to Mycoplasma pneumoniae/Chlamydia pneumoniae/respiratory syncytial virus/adenovirus/coxsackievirus group B. Mouse anti-human IgM (μ-chain) monoclonal antibody is encapsulated on the nitrocellulose membrane at the detection line (T) and sheep anti-mouse IgG antibody is encapsulated at the quality control line (C); colloidal gold-labelled Mycoplasma pneumoniae/Chlamydia pneumoniae/Chlamydia respiratory syncytial virus/adenovirus/Coxsackievirus group B recombinant antigen and mouse IgG are immobilised on a gold standard pad.
