ABSmodular

Our modular, injection moulded ABS modules and baskets are scratch-proof, extremely durable and impact resistant due to the carefully selected materials and our stringent quality control throughout the entire production process. The standard ISO external dimensions (600 x 400 mm) ensure that the modules and baskets can be used in all our storage and transport systems, medical care and medication distribution carts. The closed modules are available in heights of 50 mm (dividable), 100 mm (dividable), 200 mm and 280 mm and as a lid. The open dividable baskets are available in 100 and 200 mm. These baskets form the main building blocks of the FIFO system. Product characteristics Technical information Ergonomics Hygiene Stop function Dividers Shape Identification Technical information The ABS modules and baskets are made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), the most economical quality for synthetic, modular storage systems. Ergonomics ABS is an extremely light and durable material. Their lightness makes the baskets easy to use. Hygiene ABS has excellent chemical resistance and high-quality mechanical properties. The material can be cleaned with common cleaning products and disinfectants Stop function The modules and baskets have been moulded in one piece including 8 holes for the stop function. The stops consist of two parts and work per¬fectly in the liners which are used in our modular storage and transport systems. These liners have built-in angles to allow modules to be tipped at +/- 25° to provide a better overview of the contents. Dividers The dividers of the baskets click into the open sides and are thus extremely well secured.
