Description

A1801-HR BENCHMARK AGAROSE HR (HIGH RESOLUTION - PCR GRADE) 100G High resolution separation of fragments 20 to 800 bp Ideal for resolving PCR products and anaylsis of STRs and AFLPs Manufactured without the use of organic solvents Benchmark’s Agarose HR is a high resolution agarose is designed for separation of fragments less than 20-800bp. Gels made with Agarose HR are suitable for high resolution of PCR products and analysis of small fragments such as STRs and AFLPs. All Benchmark agarose is manufactured under a “green” process that eliminates the use of organic solvents. They provide gels with enhanced resolution and clarity, low EEO and low background. Tested to be RNase, DNase, Protease and Endonuclease free. Supplied in 100g bottles. A1801-LM BENCHMARK AGAROSE LM (LOW MELT) 100G Low melting and gelling point Ideal for prep gels and in gel processing Manufactured without the use of organic solvents Benchmark’s Agarose LM is a low melting point agarose ideal for preparative gels. The melting and gelling points are well below that of the DNA/RNA denaturation temperatures, allowing for recovery of nucleotides from the gel. Also useful for cloning of tissue culture cells and viral plaque assays. All Benchmark agarose is manufactured under a “green” process that eliminates the use of organic solvents. They provide gels with enhanced resolution and clarity, low EEO and low background. Tested to be RNase, DNase, Protease and Endonuclease free. Supplied in 100g bottles.
