The heads supplied are designed for total and cervico-capital hip replacements. Heads for cervico-capital hip are made from metal and in two versions: Standard CEP head diameters 38 to 56 mm in 2 mm increments (10 sizes in total). Biarticular heads with diameters from 42 to 56 mm with 2 mm spacing (8 sizes). The heads are made of stainless steel. The biarticular head has a liner made of high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) which is inserted between the surface metal shell and the inner head. The heads are polished to a mirror shine. The metal heads are manufactured from stainless steel and cobalt alloy CoCrMo. All heads are mirror polished.
