Bflash qPCR Master Mixes are 2X and ready-to-use reactive mixes for the amplification and detection of nucleic acid sequences. It includes all essential reagents for basic qPCR experiments: Taq polymerase (and reverse transcriptase when needed), buffer with salts, dNTPs, and additives. Designed for 'plug and play' ease, users simply add their primers and probes to the mix for immediate qPCR setup. Optimized for the Chronos™ machine to deliver results in down to 5 minutes, the Bflash Master Mix is also compatible with other PCR platforms. Bflash is also available in SYBR Green versions.
